Meditation, like all aspects of Yoga is a practice of discipline- you can meditate once a month and wonder why you are not feeling the effects or you can commit to just ten minutes a day and start to see the impact of this practice on the rest of your life.

When should I meditate?

There is no ‘should’- this is a personal preference and something to experiment with what works for you. I find that when I start my day with meditation it helps me to maintain a sense of spaciousness and ease- or at least more of an ability to spot when I am not in that place (!)- through the rest of the day.
